Publisher Description
It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say Red Robinson popularized rock n roll in Canada. Since 1954, he has worked on numerous radio stations (CJOR, CFUN, CKWX, CBC, etc.) introducing the new genre to Canadians and interviewing thousands of performers that ranged from Roy Orbison to the Beatles. Never before have all Red s works been collected into one archive. Until now.
The Red Robinson app guides you through 50 years of rock n roll history uncovered by Red himself. Complementing the website, the iOS app is the easiest way to navigate Red s catalog in search of hidden gems and then watch or listen to them on the go.
Highlights include interviews with:
Elvis Presley
Donovan
Jerry Lee Lewis
Fats Domino
The Moody Blues
Johnny Cash
Buddy Holly
The Everly Brothers
Neil Diamond
Little Richard
The Beach Boys
Requires iOS 8.2 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
